This article shows how to reset the service light on a Volkswagen Touran. It is advisable to perform this procedure only after having the vehicle serviced. To reset the light, first insert the key into the ignition without turning it, then press and hold the 0.0/SET button located to the right of the instrument panel, while holding it, start the ignition; at this point, the reset message will appear, release the button and confirm using the OK button on the steering wheel, now the procedure is complete. It is recommended to restart the ignition to verify that the procedure was successful.
