In order to remove the Volkswagen Touran steering wheel you have to use an object that acts as a lever to remove the plastic cover that wraps the steering column. Once the plastic parts have been removed, you need to turn the steering wheel to the left 90Â ° and loosen the screw located at the rear, as shown in the video. The same procedure must be carried out by turning the steering wheel 90Â ° to the right. This will allow you to remove the airbag by sliding it out of its housing and disconnecting the connector. Finally, with a special wrench it will be necessary to loosen the central pin of the steering wheel in order to remove it.
