How to Remove the Steering Wheel from a Volkswagen Touran?

Model: Volkswagen Touran 5T, MK 2 - Years 2015-2024

To remove the steering wheel from a Volkswagen Touran, use a lever tool to remove the plastic cover that encases the steering column. Once the plastics are removed, turn the steering wheel to the left by 90° and loosen the screw located at the back, as shown in the video. Repeat this procedure by turning the steering wheel to the right by 90°. This will allow you to remove the airbag by pulling it from its housing and disconnecting the connector. Finally, use a special tool to loosen the central bolt of the steering wheel to remove it.
