Replacing the Steering Angle Sensor on the Volkswagen Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

Today's instructions will guide you through removing and replacing the steering angle sensor on the Volkswagen Touran. First, get into the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel and its airbag, disconnecting the electrical connector and loosening the central bolt; disconnect the wiring for the steering controls. At this point, remove the steering angle sensor by disconnecting the various connections and unscrewing the fixing screws; carry out the repair or replacement of the steering angle sensor, finally refitting the steering wheel and its airbag!
