How do you remove the airbag from the Volkswagen Touran MK2?

In this video we can see how to remove the airbag of the Volkswagen Touran MK2 from its housing; but the same method can also be followed for various models of the Golf, Amarok, and the Caddy. On the back of the steering wheel there are two springs, each placed at the opposite ends of the wheel, and to which we can access with rather thin screwdrivers. By entering inside this housing, as we see in the video, we release each of the two springs, allowing the airbag to detach. Now pull it towards us, and disconnect the electrical connector located inside the housing.
