How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Touran?

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Touran, turn on the ignition by turning the key in the ignition switch: once the dashboard lights up, navigate through the menu by pressing the button on the left of the dashboard. Here, select the "Service" option using the appropriate controls on the steering wheel: an additional screen will open, where you need to select the "Reset" option and then choose "Yes" on the confirmation message that appears. This will reset the Service light, and you can turn off the ignition.
