How to Open the Fuel Filler Cap on a Volkswagen Jetta

To open the fuel filler cap on a Volkswagen Jetta, first ensure the vehicle is unlocked using the remote or the internal switch. Exit the vehicle and locate the fuel flap on the rear side of the bodywork. At this point, gently press on the edge of the flap, and you will see that the pressure mechanism will cause it to open. Once opened, proceed to unscrew the cap by turning it anti-clockwise to remove it. After refuelling, screw the cap back on until it clicks and close the flap by pressing it until it locks.
