Here are the instructions that will allow you to remove and replace the rear bumper of the Volkswagen Tiguan. First, open the rear tailgate and start by removing the rear lights by disconnecting the electrical connector and unscrewing the internal screws; then unscrew the screws located above the bumper and also the screws located on both sides of the rear wheel arches, as shown in the video. At this point, gently detach the bumper from the sides until it is completely removed, replacing it with a new original one if necessary.
