These brief and simple steps will show how to reset the service indicator light on the Volkswagen Tiguan. First, get inside the cabin and press and hold the reset button found on the instrument cluster; turn on the ignition and wait for the maintenance key reset prompt to appear on the display, then release the button and press it once to confirm and execute the reset of the maintenance key. At this point, check on the central display, going to settings, that the oil life counter has been reset!
