How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Sharan?

From the instrument panel of the Volkswagen Sharan, you can clear the service light by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument panel while it is turned off. While continuing to hold this button, insert the ignition key into the appropriate slot. Then turn it to activate the display: you will notice that by keeping the button pressed, the light will turn off completely, and you can then remove the key to complete the reset operation.
