Replacing the Battery of the Volkswagen Transporter

These simple steps will allow you to remove and replace the battery of the Volkswagen Transporter. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover of the air filter, then also remove the filter; next, disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the battery bracket screw, remove it from its compartment, and replace it with the new one (of the correct type and with the same amperage); insert it the right way round, then start the engine!
