How to Locate the Fuse Boxes in a Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

In a Volkswagen Golf 7, the fuse boxes are located in two main positions on the car. The first fuse box is inside the cabin, behind the side panel under the dashboard on the driver's side. By opening the driver's door, you can remove the small plastic cover located at the lower left of the dashboard, and once removed, access the series of fuses. The second fuse box is located in the engine compartment, on the left side next to the battery, inside a plastic container. By lifting the bonnet and removing the lid of this container, you can reach the main fuses and the relays that protect high-power components such as headlights, wipers, and electric pumps.
