Are the headlight bulbs burned out? Is the lighthouse to be changed? Let's see how to take it apart on a Jetta. We open the hood of the luggage compartment, then, we remove the plastic cap placed on the side trim of the luggage compartment. Unscrew the plastic screws securing the rear light, pull it away from its seat and disconnect the connected power supply terminals. We replace damaged bulbs with new ones (same voltage) on hand. We mount the same headlight with the respective tightening nuts (or new), we close the cover with the inspection cap. Let's check the operation.
