How to Change Rear Headlamp Bulbs on VW Golf 5

Are the bulbs in the rear headlamp of your VW Golf 5 blown and need changing? Here's how to do it. Open the rear hatch of the boot. Locate the inspection cap of the rear headlamp (at the rear of the hatch) and remove it. Pull the bulb holders out of the headlamp and extract the damaged bulb using a screwdriver. Fit the new bulb (ensure it is the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the headlamp housing. Replace all the bulbs in the rear headlamp. Refit the cover caps at the rear of the hatch on the Golf.
