In this video, you will learn how to replace the fuel filter on a Volkswagen Golf of the fifth generation. First, lift the vehicle, as the filter is located underneath.

Now, spray some penetrating oil on the bolt of the filter to be removed: then disconnect the fuel pipes and unscrew the bolt of the filter. Next, remove the last upper fuel pipe by cutting the clip.

Refit the new filter with a new clip, reconnect the fuel pipes, and secure the bolts!
