In this video tutorial we will show you how to replace the rear shock absorbers on a Volkswagen Golf 6. First remove the rear wheel and lift the car: then with a hydraulic jack we go to hold the drive shaft and unscrew its screw to separate it from the wheel's hub. So let's go remove our spring and unscrew the shock absorber bolt. Now unscrew the upper bolts of the shock absorber to be able to extract it. Before reassembling the new ones, clean the area thoroughly. Remember to use original spare parts to ensure the driver's safety.
