Replacing Diesel Filter on Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the diesel filter on a Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI; the procedure is similar for other vehicle types. First, open the car's bonnet and locate the diesel filter on the left: then remove the metal clip using pliers and disconnect the diesel filter hose. Do the same with the other hose. At this point, pull the filter upwards while releasing the plastic tabs: insert the new filter and finally reconnect the hoses with the clips!
