Wiper Blade Replacement

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008

Before proceeding with the replacement, position the wipers in maintenance mode; otherwise, you cannot lift them: turn the ignition on and off and position the wiper control lever downwards. At this point, lift the wiper arm to detach it: pay attention to the asymmetry of the blades and compare their lengths before replacing. To detach it, press the lock (a square-shaped button) and slide the blade off; then apply the new one by sliding it into the guide until the lock clicks into place.
