In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove the center console of a Volkswagen Golf seventh series. First of all, let's get inside the car and remove the glovebox lid and the plastic molding, unhooking it by hand: then we extract the glove box and unhook the gearshift gaiter; then we remove the torx screws with a screwdriver, in order to release the other pieces. At this point we remove the side plastics, levering with something thin, and remove the plastic of the center console, disconnecting the electrical connector that we find below.
