Operation: Remove the New Beetle gear knob

Do we want to remove the knob of the New Beetle? Let's see the disassembly of the damaged piece and the assembly of the new one. We disconnect the frame of the leather cap with a plastic lever, unhook the metal clamp. We take the knob in our hands and rotate it to the left and right until it is removed from the shift rod. We take the new knob and insert it into the rod on the central tunnel, tighten the same in the rod: we fix the metal clamp. Finally, we test the correct assembly of the knob with the movement of the rod on the central tunnel. We assemble a knob of the same type as the disassembled one.
