Removing Instrument Cluster from VW Golf 4

Want to remove the instrument cluster from the Golf 4? Let's see how to take apart the instrument cluster and its associated parts. Remove the cover under the instrument cluster with a plastic lever (without breaking the plastic clips) and detach it from the dashboard. Unscrew the securing screws, disconnect the power connectors of the instrument cluster, and remove it. After removing the instrument cluster from the dashboard, prepare to install a new piece or reassemble the same one (repair the instrument cluster if necessary). Finally, proceed in reverse with the assembly of the instrument cluster and the plastic cover. Test the operation of the new or repaired part.
