In this video, we will see the instructions to remove the tensioner for the serpentine belt on a Volkswagen Golf fifth series. First, open the bonnet of your car and undo the screws securing the fuel filter bracket to remove it; then loosen the tensioner with a spanner to remove the serpentine belt, as shown in the video. At this point, undo the securing screws of the tensioner to remove it; simply replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
