How to Replace the Cabin Filter on the Volkswagen Passat?

Model: Volkswagen Passat 3BG, B5 - Years 1996-2005
Part: Cabin air filter

To replace the cabin filter on the Volkswagen Passat, open the bonnet and loosen the screws securing the cover located near the right front headlamp. Once the cover is open, unclip the clips holding the air filter box to extract the filter from its housing. After removing the old filter, insert the new one into its housing and secure the filter box with its clips. Finally, reposition the cover and secure it with the screws previously removed.
