How to Replace the Starter Motor in the Volkswagen Golf?

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 6, Golf VI, Golf 6, 5K1 - Years 2008-2012

To replace the starter motor in the Volkswagen Golf, first open the bonnet to access the engine bay and disconnect the battery terminals. Next, loosen the securing rings that hold the pipe next to the battery and completely remove it. Once this is removed, unscrew the bolts that secure some obstructive parts before accessing the starter motor. This must be disconnected from its connectors and freed from the supports that hold it in place. Once removed, you can replace it with new spare parts.
