How to Remove the Window Switch from a Volkswagen Beetle

Model: Volkswagen Maggiolino - Years 1998-2005

Before starting, open the front door of your Volkswagen Beetle. Begin by removing the door panel, disengaging the relevant clips and unscrewing the fixing screws, then unclip the panel itself and disconnect the various cables and electrical connectors. By doing this, you will have accessed the internal side of the window switch. Proceed to unclip and remove the window switch from its housing, using a flathead screwdriver to pry it out, and you will have completed the removal.
