How to Replace the Air Filter on a Volkswagen Atlas

If you want to change the engine oil and the corresponding filter yourself, follow the instructions in this tutorial and refer to the video. The first thing to do is open the hood and unscrew the oil filler cap. Then, lift the vehicle on the lift and locate the drain plug under the oil pan, unscrew the plug, and place a container for collecting the used oil on the floor. Wait a few minutes for all the oil to drain out and then screw the plug back in. Locate the filter on the side of the oil pan that needs to be removed with the appropriate wrench and replace it with the new one. Lower the vehicle and proceed to refill the system with new oil and check the level with the dipstick.
