In order to replace the sensor that measures the internal temperature of the Volkswagen Golf 5, you need to remove the panel located on the left side of the dashboard, accessible only by opening the driver's door. The sensor will be located behind this panel, immediately above the fuse box; it must be removed by sliding it out from inside its housing and disconnecting it from its connector. In this way it will be possible to insert the new spare part and connect it to the relative cable; finally it will be possible to close everything with the panel verifying that the piece is functional.

How to manually open the door of the Volkswagen Polo
