In this tutorial we can see how to replace the seat belts in the Volkswagen New Beetle, a very simple operation. First of all we overturn the front seat in which we are going to work, then we disengage the upright panel and, with a 17mm wrench, we unscrew the fixing bolt of the upper support. Once this is done, we remove the pretensioner from the lower bracket, mount the spare, taking care to firmly connect the connector and fix the upper support. Once finished, we test the belt by quickly pulling it forward and making sure it locks properly.
