How to Remove the Front Seat from a Volkswagen New Beetle?

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012

To remove the front seat from a Volkswagen New Beetle, loosen the bolts located at the pivot under the cushion at the front of the seat. Once these bolts are loosened, detach the cover protecting the screw at the back of the tracks and loosen the screw. This will allow you to remove the plastic covers from the tracks and disconnect the connectors at the bottom of the seat. By doing this, the seat can be removed from its housing, and you can install a new replacement part.
