Instructions for Replacing Number Plate Light

Replacing the number plate light is very straightforward as the lamp holder is fixed to the rear tailgate with two screws: once the two screws are removed, you can extract the lamp holder and proceed with replacing the bulb, which is of the type called 'bayonet'. It may be advisable to replace both bulbs rather than just one, and you might also opt for LED types to give the car a more modern look: in this case, ensure to position the bulbs with the correct polarity to guarantee they light up (if they do not light, rotate the bulb).
