How to Remove the Number Plates from a Volkswagen Passat?

To remove the number plates from a Volkswagen Passat, lift the plastic caps located on the left and right sides of the plate. This will allow you to loosen the screws underneath and detach the plate by releasing its retaining clips: use a screwdriver to lever them off. Once the old plate is removed, position the new one, securing it with its clips, and screw in the screws on the sides. Repeat the same process for the other plate of the car.
