Here’s how to replace the speakers in a Volkswagen Lupo: you can find a pair of speakers starting from £29.00 on eBay (+ shipping costs). To remove the original speakers, note that they are riveted, so you will need to drill out the rivets with a drill and a 5 mm bit. First, remove the panel by pulling it down to release it. Pull the cable through. Fit the adapter, centring it with 4 screws of 4 mm. Then connect the speaker with the connector inside the door. Position the speaker and secure it with the 4 screws of 4 mm. Test if it works and refit the panel.
