How to reset the oil service on the Volkswagen Crafter?

Model: Volkswagen Crafter 2E, 2F, MK 1 - Years 2006-2017
Part: Warning light – error code

Turn on the ignition and wait for the total mileage to appear. On the left side of the dashboard, find the two buttons marked O and M. Press and hold the O button until you hear a beep, then release it and press the M button until "SER" appears on the display. Now, press O again for three seconds, release it, and press it again briefly. The oil service light on your Volkswagen Crafter is now reset. Note: the oil change must be done BEFORE resetting the light.
