How to reset the oil service on the Volkswagen Crafter?

Turn on the ignition and wait for the total mileage to appear. On the left side of the dashboard, find the two buttons marked O and M. Press and hold the O button until you hear a beep, then release it and press the M button until "SER" appears on the display.

Now, press O again for three seconds, release it, and press it again briefly. The oil service light on your Volkswagen Crafter is now reset.

Note: the oil change must be done BEFORE resetting the light.
