How to Replace the Oil Filter on a Volkswagen Ameo

In this video, you will learn how to replace the oil filter on a Volkswagen Ameo. Open the hood of the engine compartment and disconnect the clamp that holds the hoses above the oil filter housing. Once the work area is clear, start loosening the cup that contains the oil filter using a socket wrench. After removing it, take out the used filter and clean the threads of the housing and the seals thoroughly. At this point, insert the new oil filter and reinstall everything into its housing. Secure the cup back in place with the socket wrench and reposition the hoses as before.
