In this brief and simple guide, you will learn the steps to remove and replace the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Golf. First, get in the vehicle and start removing the plastic panel located in the centre of the dashboard; then remove the plastic cover situated behind the steering wheel, as illustrated in the video. At this point, use a T20 Torx screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws located on the side of the instrument cluster; disconnect the electrical connectors found behind the cluster to finally remove it from the dashboard!
