How to Reset TPMS on a Volkswagen Passat

If during driving your vehicle you notice the low tyre pressure warning light coming on, you must check the pressures of all the tyres and, if necessary, restore the manufacturer's recommended pressure. After doing this, it will be necessary to reset the warning light that has illuminated on the dashboard, and to do this you can follow the instructions provided in this description. After sitting in the driver's seat and turning on the ignition, select the menu command on the central console and scroll through the functions until you reach 'Vehicle', then select 'Low Tyre Pressure' and press the 'Set' command on the touch screen; this will reset the warning light.
