Repairing the Rear Bonnet Lock

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008

If the rear bonnet lock tends to jam, it is advisable to remove it and check if any internal components are out of place. To remove the lock, first open the bonnet and shift the plastic cover just enough to access the securing pins without completely removing it. Then, remove the caps at the bottom of the handles to access the screws underneath and undo them to move the cover panel and remove the securing pins of the lock, disconnecting the relevant connector to complete the removal. Next, take off the metal cover of the lock to access its interior and reposition the components in their respective places, attaching the spring, inserting the guide bushes and pins, and then placing the motor and actuator cam.

How to set the clock on the Opel Zafira

Setting the clock to the current Italian time on an Opel Zafira model B vehicle is a very simple operation, which can also be done independently thanks to our short instructional video.
