To remove the external handle of the Volkswagen Caddy, open the door to access its side: here you will find a hole containing the screw that secures the lock within its housing. By loosening this screw, you can slide out the lock barrel and subsequently remove the corresponding handle.

This way, you can insert the new handle, reinsert the lock barrel, and secure it with the previously removed side screw.
