Resetting the Service Light on the Volkswagen Passat

When the service interval for the Volkswagen Passat approaches, a warning appears on the dashboard. After completing the necessary operations, you must reset the control system that generates the warning. Sit in the driver's seat, close all doors, and using the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, select the "settings" menu on the centre display, scroll until you find the "service" option, confirm with "ok", on the next page select "reset" and confirm with "ok", then verify by viewing "info" for the update of the maintenance interval parameters.
