In this video, you will see how to change the glass on the external wing mirror of a Volkswagen Golf VII. First, turn the glass towards the inner corner to create enough space to insert a finger in the outer corner. Then, apply pressure from the inside with your finger to detach the glass from its internal support.

Once the glass has come away from its base, remove the two small electrical connectors attached to the side and take out the entire glass. Now, install the new mirror by reconnecting the two connectors and clicking the glass back into its support.

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
