In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove the rear door panel on the Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. Start by opening the door in question, then using a preferably plastic spatula to avoid leaving marks, unclip the outer cover of the handle. Next, unscrew the two screws just revealed with a Torx T30 key, unscrew the screws located on the lower edge with a T15 key, and separate the panel by prising along the perimeter. At this point, disconnect both the lock cable and the window regulator connector.
