To manually change the time displayed on the dashboard of your Volkswagen Polo Mk4 (2001-2009), follow these steps. First, enter the cabin and ensure the ignition is off. Next, locate the button at the bottom of the speedometer and hold it for a couple of seconds.

Now, rotate the same button anti-clockwise to change the hour and clockwise to change the minutes. Finally, release the button and the procedure is successfully completed.
