How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Up?

The service light on the Volkswagen Up can be reset by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument cluster, just below the dashboard. While holding this button, turn the key in the ignition to turn on the instrument cluster. Wait a moment and then release the button. Hold it down again for a few more seconds, and the light on the dashboard will automatically turn off. You can verify the reset by turning the ignition off and back on, noting that the light will be off.
