How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Passat?

Model: Volkswagen Passat B7 - Years 2010-2014

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Passat, press and hold the SET button located to the right of the instrument cluster while the cluster is off. While holding the button, turn the ignition key to switch on the instrument cluster; a message will appear on the display asking if you really want to reset the Service light. Confirm the message by pressing the OK button on the right side of the steering wheel, and the Service light will be reset correctly, allowing you to turn off the ignition.
