To adjust the clock on a Volkswagen Jetta, turn on the instrument panel. Once it is powered up, use the buttons located on either side to change the settings on the onboard computer.

Press and hold the button on the left of the panel, and you will notice the hours start to flash, which can be adjusted by pressing the button on the right. Pressing the left button again will cause the minutes to flash, allowing you to adjust them in the same way.
