The clock on the Volkswagen Touareg can be adjusted by turning on the instrument panel and then pressing the SETUP button located below the central display of the dashboard. You will need to select the "System" option and then the "Time/date" option.

At this point, select the "Time" option and modify both the hours and minutes using the arrow controls that will appear on the touch screen. Once the correct time has been set, you can return to the home screen and turn off the ignition.
