How to remove the front and rear bumpers of the Volkswagen Golf VI.

In this video we can see how to dismantle the bumpers of the Volkswagen Golf VI: as for the front one, we turn the tires to the side, remove the side fender liners and then unscrew the four screws that hold the bumper fixed on the top of the body. We remove the grille with the Volkswagen logo by pulling it towards us and upwards, now there are two side screws to remove and eight clips to detach, while underneath we find another four on each side, and here the front bumper has already come off; be careful to remove the electrical connectors and supply tubes. Now we move on to the rear one: we will start by unscrewing the external fender liners. We will then open the rear tailgate and remove the plastic cover that covers the junction of the lining carpet which - lifted - allows us to access some plastic screws that once removed from their housing allow us to detach the rear lights. From below we unscrew the screws on each side and pry with a large screwdriver from the central part of the bumper; also here we pay attention to the supply tubes and electrical connectors, and the job is done.
