Removing the Car Radio and Climate Control Commands

Model: Volvo V70 MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork, lever at the base of the tunnel above the gearbox to release the plastic clips of the cover and remove it to access the retaining screws of the radio console. Unscrew the screws of the climate control panel and pull out the complete console, disconnecting the electrical wiring connectors. Carefully remove the car radio by lifting it to allow disconnection of the connectors located at the back. Install the new car radio by reversing the operations. To facilitate the installation of the climate control commands, temporarily remove the plastic cover around the gear lever.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
