How to Reset the Service Light on a Volvo XC40?

To clear the Service light on the instrument cluster of the Volvo XC40, press and hold the button - located on the left side of the steering wheel, while the ignition is off. Continue holding the button and turn on the ignition, waiting a few seconds until a message appears indicating that the reset is in progress; when the message shows that the maintenance interval has been reset, you can release the button on the steering wheel.

Once the operation is complete, you can finish by turning off the display.
