How to Install a Fuel Injector

Model: Volvo V70 MK 1 - Years 1996-2000

The following video shows how to fit a fuel injector onto the fuel rail of a Volvo V70. First, install new seals on both sides of the injector. The second step is to spray a bit of lubricant on the injector seal to ease installation. Next, fit the injector onto the fuel rail, then reattach the piece that holds the injectors to the fuel rail. Finally, reposition and re-tighten the three screws that secure the entire system. Now the fuel rail is ready to be reinstalled.
