In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the fuel filter on Volvo V70, following some basic steps: the first thing to do is to open the fuel door, the next step is to unscrew the fuel tank cap. Jack up the car using a hydraulic jack and place safety jack stands under the vehicle. Prepare a container for collecting the fuel. Clean the fasteners of the fuel supply lines; Unscrew the cap of the pressure control valve, press down on the pressure control valve and tighten the clips then detach the fuel lines from the fuel filter housing. Unscrew the bolts securing the fuel filter with a 12 mm jack wrench. Remove the bracket and the fuel filter. Place the new filter and reassemble everything in reverse order.
